What’s 1 fun fact about yourself?

I am a self-taught musician who was born on the same day as Johnny Cash.

What’s your favorite self-care activity?

Playing the drums or guitar.

What’s your favorite thing to do with a friend?

I love traveling to concerts with my wife.

I have been part of the Compeer team since 2022, contributing to our mission of supporting mental health through friendship.

I oversee a team of mentoring specialists and college interns who mentor middle and high school students using an evidence-based curriculum called Positive Action. Additionally, I am a Teen Mental Health First Aid Instructor. I train high school students on Mental Health First Aid.

What I enjoy most about working at Compeer is being able to help the interns grow into the social workers that they want to be. I also love seeing the growth in the students that we work with.
