I have 2 cats named Chance and Charlie and I’m a Bungee Fitness Instructor outside of Compeer.
What’s your favorite self-care activity?
Moving my body helps me de-stress, I try to be active twice a week and this helps me a ton! Anytime I feel stressed, being by water helps me, whether it’s a long shower or just swimming, water helps me reset my thoughts and relaxes me.
What’s your favorite thing to do with a friend?
I love to watch sunsets with friends, a good sunset, a great friend, and a meaningful conversation is the perfect day for me!
I have been part of the Compeer team since 2023, contributing to our mission of supporting mental health through friendship.
“As the Affiliate Relations and Marketing Coordinator for Compeer International, I support and assist our 40 locations worldwide, building strong relationships with each affiliate and provide comprehensive assistance to meet their needs. I provide resources, trainings, support, and work directly with all our affiliates. In addition, I run and manage all the Compeer International social media platforms, including content creation and handling marketing needs for Compeer International as well.
My passion is to help people, it is so rewarding to watch meaningful connections build and flourish all over the world. I love Compeer, the people, the environment, and the atmosphere makes my job so much better!”
